This project has two parts: the photographing of Year 3 classes all around London, and then the display of these photographs in an exhibition at Tate Britain.
October 2018 – July 2019
A Tate photographer will visit schools across the capital, taking class photographs for the artist of tens of thousands of Year 3 pupils. You can sign up to register your school to take part and also have access to free learning resources.
November 2019 – May 2020
The Duveen Galleries at Tate Britain will be taken over by a vast exhibition of class photographs, free for all to visit. Every participating school will be invited to visit the exhibition and see themselves at the heart of the nation’s collection of British art.
Opening hours and accessiblity information available via Tate’s website.
