35mm film criss-crossed through the room winding through numerous rollers on its way through the Steenbeck editing machine. The scene from Krapp's Last Tape played continuously on the small monitor, its image and sound deteriorating every day as the film gathered dust and scratches. Meanwhile, the digital projection of the same scene next door remained perfect for the duration of the exhibition.
