Dogfight

July–September 1989

Dogfight was a neon sculpture featuring a scramble of wrestling and running dogs. The apparent movement was created by a phased switchingmechanism. The work was designed to be suspended from a cluster of tower cranes in the night sky above London, but ultimately a small-scale version was installed high on the wall of offices in Camden Town in the late summer of 1989.
