Artangel’s team will do whatever is possible to meet your access and/or communication needs when visiting, please call us in advance.
Access and Movement
- The office is not wheelchair accessible and is based on the second floor.
- Access to the office is via a staircase which includes a sturdy banister and good lighting.
- The edges of the steps are covered with black anti-slip stair treads making each step visible.
- There is one step through the door threshold.
- There are 22 steps between ground level and level 1, and 16 steps between level 1 and level 2.
Getting to the Office by Public Transport
- The closest underground station is Farringdon, which is served by the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines on the London Underground service.
- Farringdon station is also served by Thameslink trains, part of National Rail services.
- The office is close to numerous bus routes, including 243, 63, 45 and 55.

Toilets
There are two toilet facilities provided in the office, but neither are accessible to wheelchair users.
Fire Safety
An evacuation plan for the site is provided for. Should it become necessary to evacuate, Artangel staff will provide assisted escape from all areas and alert the emergency services.
