About this website

This version of artangel.org.uk was launched in May 2009.

For over a year we have gradually been adding every single project we've ever produced, creating a fully explorable, comprehensive archive of our work.

To complement our landmark projects we have launched a commissioning programme to create new material for our online space. The occasional Artangel Podcast features interviews, field recordings and sound work both old and new, while the Artangel 500s are strings of 500-word written responses. Elsewhere we present especially produced films exploring works such as Ryan Gander's Locked Room Scenario, Charles LeDray's Mens Suits and Roger Hiorns' Seizure.

You can keep up-to-date with new content by checking the stories on our homepage. Subscribe to that page using RSS or follow us on Facebook or Twitter. New video content is added to Vimeo and, where length allows, Youtube.

The site was designed by Bureau for Visual Affairs, except for the theme-constellation, for which we thank Jer Thorp.
